The objective of the Skill Development Program at Training HUB is to train the fresh graduates through real time projects imparting them the necessary soft skills, tools and process followed in IT companies. Course Methodology
The course is divided into four phases with specific goals in each phase. The course is more practical oriented involving team’s participation at every stage.
The team members will own deliverables at each phase which will be thoroughly reviewed by the Project Leads. There will a strict entry and exit criteria for each phase which needs to be followed by all the team members.
Knowledge sharing activities like technical presentations will be conducted on weekly basis to enhance the skill level of the participants.
Regular feedback will be given to the participants in the form of weekly tests and assessments. This is mainly intended to make the participant aware of the improvement areas which will benefit in shaping his/her career.
